Senior IT Specialist based in northern Spain, with over 10 years of experience across helpdesk, endpoint management, and infrastructure.

Currently at Empathy.co, where I manage MDM, networking, internal tooling, and whatever breaks on a Monday morning. Before that, technical support at Ricoh and endpoint management at Seresco, where I got deep into GPOs, SCCM, and PowerShell.

Early in my career I spent 4+ years as a Mainframe Operator — production deployments, SOX controls, and critical incident management. It's where I learned that systems don't care what time it is when they break.
